Terms of service

These terms apply when you use novitheric.com or buy from Novitheric ("we", "us"). Our store runs on Shopify. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who can buy

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent's or guardian's permission. We currently deliver within Singapore only.

2. Our product

TriCore is a home comfort and therapy device. It is not a medical cure, and it does not replace advice from your doctor. Keep seeing your doctor for any diagnosed condition.

Do not use TriCore if you have scoliosis or are pregnant. Check with your doctor first if you have a pacemaker or other implant, recent back surgery, a fracture or injury, osteoporosis, a diagnosed spine condition, diabetes, poor circulation, or skin that does not feel heat well. Do not use it on broken skin. Stop if it feels too warm or anything hurts. TriCore is not for children. Please read the manual before use.

TriCore plugs in with a cord. Use only the cable that comes with it.

3. Prices and our pricing note

  • Prices are in Singapore dollars (S$).
  • Our pricing note: TriCore's usual price is S$399. During a sale, such as Black Friday Early Access, it is S$199.95, or S$280 for a pair. When we show a "was" or "normally" price, it is a price TriCore has genuinely been sold at in our store. When we say a sale ends at a set time, it does. We do not use fake countdowns or claim stock is running out when it is not.
  • If we list a wrong price by mistake, we will tell you and let you choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it or send a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, a clear pricing error or suspected fraud). If we do, we refund you in full.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are handled by our payment providers.

6. Delivery

Free delivery across Singapore from our SG warehouse in 5–7 business days due to high demand. See our Shipping Policy.

8. Digital guides and content

Our guides, images and text belong to Novitheric. They are for your personal use. Please do not copy, sell or share them publicly without our permission. The guides are general wellness information, not medical advice.

9. Reviews and community

If you post a review or take part in the Back Keepers community, please be kind and honest. We may remove posts that are abusive, false or selling something. We only use your words in our marketing with your permission.

10. Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or being careless. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for use that goes against the warnings and manual. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, its lemon law provisions, and the Sale of Goods Act.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on the site when you order applies to that order.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes go to the courts of Singapore. You may also use the Small Claims Tribunals or mediation through CASE (Consumers Association of Singapore).
