Free delivery across Singapore

Every order ships free from our own Singapore warehouse. Your TriCore arrives in 5–7 business days due to high demand.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver within Singapore only.

Order processing

We pack your order from our Singapore warehouse. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are packed on the next working day.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link.

Your digital guides

Your two guides, The Sciatica & Lower Back Recovery Guide and The 15-Minute Evening Spine Ritual, come by email right after you buy. Check your spam folder if you do not see them.

Late, lost or "delivered but not here"

If your order is late or tracking stops moving, email us and we will chase it with the delivery company straight away. If tracking says delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbours, your building lobby or guardhouse, then email us and we will help you look into it. Once tracking shows your parcel as delivered, we cannot replace parcels lost after delivery.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we will try to fix it before it ships.

Duties and taxes

Orders ship from within Singapore, so there are no import duties for Singapore addresses.
