1-Year Warranty

Every TriCore comes with a 1-year warranty. If it stops working as it should, we will make it right.

How long

1 year from the day your TriCore is delivered.

What is covered

Faults in how TriCore was made, under normal home use. For example:

  • The arch (ArcLift) does not lift.
  • The warmth (ThermaFlow) does not heat.
  • The vibration (CoreReset) does not run.
  • The buttons or power cable do not work.

What is not covered

  • Damage from drops, spills, misuse, or not following the manual.
  • Normal wear, such as marks on the cover.
  • Repairs or changes by anyone other than us.
  • Using the wrong power cable or adapter.
  • Commercial or clinic use.

How to claim

  1. Email support@novitheric.com with "Warranty" in the subject line.
  2. Include your order number, what is wrong, and a short video or photo if you can.
  3. We reply within 1 hour.

Your legal rights

This warranty is on top of your rights under Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and its lemon law provisions. It does not replace them.
